These Terms of Service explain the basic rules for using Health Log. By using the app, you agree to these terms.

1. Service overview
Health Log is an Android app for recording personal health-related information such as weight, body fat percentage, blood pressure, heart rate, notes, and personal goals.
2. Not medical advice
Health Log is a personal record and habit-support tool. It is not a medical device and does not provide diagnosis, treatment, emergency service, or professional medical advice.
If you have health concerns, abnormal readings, symptoms, or urgent medical needs, please consult a qualified health professional or local emergency services.
3. Your data and responsibility
You are responsible for the information you enter, edit, delete, export, back up, or restore through the app. OCR or automated medical interpretation is not provided by this app.
Please review your records for accuracy before relying on them or sharing them with others.
4. Local storage and Google Drive backup
Health Log stores data locally on your device by default. If you choose to connect Google, the app can back up and restore your records using your own Google Drive app data storage.
The backup file is used for Health Log backup and restore. You are responsible for keeping your device and Google account secure.
5. Acceptable use
- Do not use the app in a way that violates applicable law or another person's rights.
- Do not attempt to misuse Google Drive integration or interfere with the app's normal operation.
- Do not use the app as a substitute for medical care or emergency response.
6. No warranty
Health Log is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or suitable for every health-related purpose.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, health-related, or data-loss damages arising from use of the app.
8. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The latest version will be posted on this page with the updated date.
